Hello wonderful residents! We decided to create a cheat sheet with important phone numbers and community information! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

1. On-Call, Emergency After-Hours Maintenance: 214-476-5947. Please only contact this number if there is an emergency maintenance issue, if it is a routine work order your request will not be addressed at that time and you will either need to reach us during office hours or submit a service request online.
   
2. Courtesy Patrol: 469-216-2053, 9 PM - 5 AM.
3. Pest Control is on Thursdays! Please contact the office to schedule treatment if you are not already set for routine service that week!
4. Valet recycling is on Thursdays! Please do not leave recyclables outside your door prior to then! We want to keep our breezeways clean and our property beautiful! 
5. Please pick up after your pets! If we catch you leaving pet waste on property you will be fined $25 for the initial offense and receive a violation. Fines and violations will escalate with each offense so let's take care of our...doodies.
6. Visitor parking is limited to the front of the property and all vehicles parking inside the community need to have resident parking passes or they will be towed. 
7. There is also no rear-end parking on fences. We've had countless cases of vehicles damaging community fences so the towing company is enforcing this policy.
8. Landscaping is on Tuesdays property-wide!
